TRRA MEMBERSHIP

Turkey Rock Ranch property owners exclusively may join the Turkey Rock Recreation Association (TRRA). Only members and their guests are entitled to use the TRRA common grounds and participate in TRRA social and recreational activities.

Joining the Association makes it easy to get acquainted and build friendships here. Members enjoy both scheduled events such as parties and workdays, and many spontaneous get-togethers both on the common grounds at each other’s homes.

ALL PROPERTY OWNERS INVITED

While membership is voluntary, all property owners are welcome and encouraged to join. Membership dues are essential to care and for the maintenance of the common grounds and lakes. Everyone benefits from that, whether they contribute or not.

TRRA IS THE MAINTENANCE CREW

It takes labor to mow, paint, trim, rake, clean, repair facilities. Members do nearly all maintenance of the common grounds and buildings, including the garage that houses two Mountain Communities Volunteer Fire Dept trucks.

We’re lucky to have members who are skilled at construction, electrical system and plumbing repairs. We’re also lucky to have a large crew who are willing to do the chores that don’t require a license.

MEMBERSHIP IS FUN AND REWARDING

TRRA workdays are fun days. We gather at the TRRA cabin in front of the fire garage at 9:00 with sun protection, water and tools. We scatter across the grounds to do the chores that best suit our abilities. Around noon we wrap up and meet for a lunch provided by TRRA and hosted by one of the members either at their home or on the grounds.
