TURKEY ROCK RANCH

Turkey Rock Ranch Estates is a residential subdivision of about 270 lots that are .75 - 2 acres in size. In addition, Turkey Rock Rec Association (TRRA) owns eight tracts that make up the recreation area for members. There are 90 residences, about one third of which are full time residences. A school bus takes children to schools in Woodland Park, about 29 miles away.

The subdivision is surrounded by Pike National Forest with views of Pikes Peak, Turkey Rock, Sheep Nose Mountain, Thunder Butte, and the Tarryall Mountain Range. In addition to our own hiking trails and fishing, we are just a couple miles to many ATV trails, hiking trails, and great fly fishing just down the road at the South Platte River and Cheesman Reservoir. For the thrill seekers, the Turkey Rock formation is a popular location for hiking and rock climbing. While Turkey Rock Ranch Estates is remote, we are only 37 miles to Colorado Springs, and a scenic 60 miles to Denver.
